Offender and Recovery Reentry Employment   

Employment-focused reentry programs uniquely developed and positioned to reduce recidivism and improve employment outcomes for people returning to communities after incarceration and substance abuse recovery treatment. We collaborate between substance abuse recovery treatment facilities, community-and faith-based organizations, department of corrections, federal, state, city and county organizations, law enforcement, and other local and public reentry community stakeholders.

We strategically partner with Federal, State and local officials to help disadvantaged job seekers and reentry candidates access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy. The Job Guy ensures that federal, state and local investment in employment and training programs are evidence-based, data-driven and accountable to participants and taxpayers.
